1. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE - For guest safety, video surveillance is in operation on the holiday house premises.
2. UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS - It is forbidden to invite any third parties onto the property who are not house tenants and have not been approved by the Administration.
3. POOL - There is a pool on the property with a depth of over 1.6m; there are NO lifeguards on duty. Guests bear personal responsibility for their own health and lives, as well as those of their family members, children, and pets. Stars Resort is not responsible for the health and lives of guests.
3.1. It is forbidden to bring glass containers, bottles, or sharp objects to the pool area.
3.2. It is forbidden to bring food and drinks into the pool.
4. CLIFF - The property is surrounded by a steep Gauja Valley cliff. Guests bear personal responsibility for their own health and lives, as well as those of their family members, children, and pets. Stars Resort is not responsible for the health and lives of guests.
5. NOISE - It is forbidden to play music outside the houses, play excessively loud music inside, host events, or set off fireworks.
6. DAMAGES - To avoid misunderstandings, if you discover any damage or violations, please contact the administration immediately at +371 29335153.
7. GRILL - It is forbidden to place the grill on the terrace under the roof.
8. SMOKING - Smoking is prohibited in Stars Resort houses and throughout the entire property. Smoking is permitted only in the designated area in the car park.
9. It is forbidden to use weapons, drugs, or psychotropic substances.
10. It is forbidden to be on the premises while under the influence of strong intoxicating substances. The administration has the right to refuse service and accommodation to any client who is under the influence of intoxicating substances and/or whose behavior is offensive to staff or other guests. In such cases, money for reserved and paid services will not be refunded.
11. Please refrain from any actions that may endanger your own life or health or that of others. Do not behave aggressively, inappropriately, or loudly, and do not harass or otherwise disturb other guests.
12. Parents or other persons responsible for children must not leave children under the age of 16 unattended.
13. The client is responsible for their personal belongings. The accommodation does not assume responsibility for guest belongings left unattended.
14. The accommodation does not assume responsibility for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from accidents or other causes arising from the client's negligence, lack of due care, carelessness, or failure to comply with these rules, including failure to follow the instructions of the administration staff.

1. KEYS – Keys are located in lockboxes at the entrance of each house. The code will be sent to you privately before your arrival.
2. QUIET HOURS – Between 21:00 and 9:00, Stars Resort guests must observe quiet hours, maintaining silence out of respect for other guests.
3. Only guests with a reservation are permitted to stay in the houses and on the Stars Resort property. Inviting guests is NOT allowed, even for a short visit.
4. It is forbidden to move furniture located in the houses or on the property to other locations.
5. It is forbidden to take indoor furniture outside.
6. All inventory located in the houses, on the grounds, and in the sauna area is the property of the resort. Inventory may not be taken outside for use without prior approval (exception: kitchenware may be taken to the house terrace for meals). Inventory must not be left damaged without notification. Any damage to inventory must be reported to the administration before departure. The holiday house administration reserves the right to request financial compensation for material damages.
7. If significant losses or damages are discovered after check-out due to guest negligence, the administration reserves the right to request payment to cover the respective damages.
8. Throughout your stay, please respect privacy, maintain silence, and respect nature and the property's inventory. Use the shared paths, designated parking areas, and designated grill areas.

Using the air conditioner/heat pump
- The air conditioner has both cooling and heating functions.
- Remote controls are located in the living room and bedroom.
- You can use these remotes to adjust the temperature, airflow direction, timer settings, and modes.

- Pets are allowed at Stars Resort ONLY with prior approval from the administration.
- The fee is 40 EUR per night. Guests must bring their own pet bedding.
- ! Pets are not allowed on or to sleep on any furniture in the houses or on the terrace furniture.
- ! Pets are not permitted in the pool area, and it is strictly forbidden for pets to swim in the pool.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and must supervise them at all times to ensure they do not disturb other guests.
- Failure to comply with these rules will result in a 100 EUR fine.

- Waste must be disposed of only in the designated bins.
- Please SORT your waste – there are 3 containers in the car park area:
1. Yellow – for clean plastic, cardboard packaging, and metal.
2. Green – for household waste that cannot be recycled.
3. Dark blue – for glass containers.
- A fine may be imposed for littering or throwing waste into the pool.

1. It is forbidden to bring, store, or use fire hazards (candles, sparklers, portable heaters, fireworks, etc.) in the accommodation.
2. The administration reserves the right to charge a 150 EUR fine for unauthorized use of fireworks.
3. The grill may only be used in the designated area. Please do not leave the fire unattended.
4. If any damage to electrical equipment is detected, it must not be used, and the administration must be informed immediately.
5. Use of the electric stove: only pans and pots suitable for induction cooktops may be used. Hot pots and pans must be placed on the special trivets provided on the shelves. It is forbidden to leave the stove on unattended or to place flammable objects on a hot stove.
6. Smoke detectors are installed in the rooms.
7. The accommodation is located near a forest where there is a very high fire risk – please be careful with fire!

- The guest car park is located right next to the Stars Resort complex.
- The parking surface is sloped; therefore, in winter, please park your car parallel to the road to prevent sliding.
- The car park is not guarded.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Stars Resort houses and throughout the entire property.
- Smoking is permitted only in the designated area in the car park.
- Cigarette butts must be disposed of only in the designated bins after being carefully extinguished.
- A fine of 200 EUR will be imposed for littering cigarette butts or for smoking indoors or anywhere on the Stars Resort property.

- Sauna use is permitted only if the guest has made a reservation.
- Sauna occupancy: a sauna reservation applies to one house only. If guests from two houses wish to use the sauna simultaneously, an additional reservation fee must be paid.
- It is not permitted to invite guests from other houses or individuals who are not Stars Resort guests to use the sauna.
- The recommended temperature is 60-80 degrees Celsius.
- The sauna features an electric heater with a control system. It will be switched on and prepared according to your scheduled sauna time and the number of hours requested in your reservation.
- Only clean water may be poured onto the heater stones, with a maximum of 100ml per pour. It is strictly forbidden to pour alcoholic beverages onto the stones.
- Essential oils may be used only when mixed with water – 2-3 drops per bucket of water.
- Towels provided for the sauna and sauna house are not to be taken to the pool or the houses.
- !! The owners of Stars Resort are not responsible for your health if the sauna is used in a way that is unsuitable for your physical condition. You are personally responsible for your own health and well-being while in the sauna! Please be aware that the sauna stones are very hot, and you must take responsibility for your own safety while in the sauna.

We have 3 separate houses available for booking. Each has its own entrance and all necessary amenities. They are positioned to ensure privacy for everyone.

Yes, you can book the sauna for your preferred time. The standard booking duration is 2 hours. You can also book the sauna for a longer period.

Shortly before your stay begins, you will receive one code for the entrance gate and another for the key lockbox located at the entrance of your reserved house. When you check out, please remember to leave the key in the lockbox where you found it.

Each house comfortably accommodates 2-4 people. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

Lighting candles on the premises is strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations.
